5 Travel Snacks to Pack in Your Carry-On Bag
I travel quite a bit for work and for leisure and my secret to staying happy is being prepared with SNACKS!!! I’m a snacker and I definitely get hangry so I always have a snack or two in my bag. When it comes to travel I definitely come over-prepared just in case any delays may happen or if we get stuck on the plane and food isn’t readily available. Below you’ll find the perfect options for packing prepackaged, quick, easy, and healthy options for your carry on bag.
Fruit Snacks - These are tiny, quick, easy and tasty! Who doesn’t love these little guys?!
Almonds - I love getting the little Emerald Almond’s Dry Roasted 100 calorie packs and toss a few in my bag. Packed with protein and energy almonds are the perfect snack.
Protein Bars - These are easy and can be considered a meal if you get enough carbs and protein in one. Toss one in your bag and you’ve got a quick breakfast in your bag. What are your favorite brands and flavors? Clif Bars seem to be the most popular when asked!
Mini Muffins - I never thought of these until I started packing my son’s lunch and found ome cute little mini muffin packs! You can find some also in the protein aisle at the grocery store - for a healthier option. But, if you’re just looking for a quick breakfast or lunch snack in your bag grab these little guys.
Pop Corn - Individual popcorn bags or even chips! I go with Skinnypop or Popcorners chips. Just enough to satisfy a hungry tummy!
